2 Timothy 3:16-17
All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching ,rebuking,correcting and training in righteousness so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work
Now think of this scripture.Pause.....You ponder deeply.What does it mean? How do you interpret it?Be careful -there are a million intepretations of a scripture( the mind twists reality) but only one is true.
It means:
a-All ( and i mean every single one) Sripture is insipred by God,the creator of everything.
b-It is to be applied to our lives, in our relationships.
What else can you add?
c-Scripture is meant to help in accomplishing good works.
Today I found the answers for the lesson very subjective. Sacred Books, not only the Bible, are books where people can find some answers to a lot of questions that we have as human beings. When you say "The Bible is the most reliable book in antiquity", then I have to think that this is what christians say, but not everybody think the same. Muslims will say kuran is the most reliable book in antiquity. "All scripture is God-breathed", this is a matter of faith too. Apostles said Bible was God-breathed written. Mohamed said the same for the Kuran. And the two books both defer in some things, who should believe on? on the apostles or on Mohamed? All of them were men as us. This doesn't mean that Bible is not useful for teaching ,rebuking,correcting and training in righteousness so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work, as Timothy said. I yes totally agree. You can find all the moral laws of sociality.

Hebrews 4:12-13
For the word of God is living and active.Sharper than any double-edged sword,it penetrates even to deviding soul and spirit ,joints and marrow;it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.NOTHING IN ALL CREATION is hidden from God's sight .Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.
Now i may imagine how you feel :YOU probably feel astonished, scared, surprised or even stupefied.Or just laid back. When i first read this scripture i was puzzled and surprised that actually God was seeing every single thing i was doing and hearing every single thought i was thinking. THAT threw me off-God sees everything.
a-The word is relevant
b-The word cuts(hurts) -compare it to a scalpel .It hurts, it takes out the layers and hurts.
c-but it is good to be cut because it cuts the 'cancer' (sin) out.
He always tries to get to our hearts and cut the bad things out.
I would say it means that "God" is overall. His justice is out of our understanding, so no matter what we say, lie, hide because He finally put everything in the right side.

Above all ,you MUST ( not may ) understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet's own interpretation.For prophecy NEVER had its origin in the will of man ,but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
Can you guess what this scripture REALLY mean? It's pretty straightforward.In fact the Bible itself is pretty simple and straightforward.What it says it's what it means.
a- Keep in mind that it says -THERE'S NO PRIVATE INTERPRETATIONS OF THE BIBLE.
There's only one interpretation of the Bible-and that is God's .The other interpretations people do are false and twisted.
b-And the 2nd important thing is that the Holy Spirit inspired the men who wrote the books of the Bible.It was written over along period of time after Jesus' death ,in different times and different locations( Thessalonia- Greece, Rome(Italy),in prison by Paul, Corinth ect) and the authors of the Bible were 40 poeple altogether.( some were desciples ,some friends of the desciples ) and what's amazing of all that makes the Bible be so special is that even though these authors were so different,the palces and times were so different they were unified,they talked about one and only thing. What are the chances, some strangers that probably never met, can write about the glory of God unless they had the same Spirit inside them.(the Holy Spirit)
As I said before, I don't believe on impositions. THERE'S NO PRIVATE INTERPRETATIONS OF THE BIBLE. First of all this is not natural for the human "nature". All our perceptions are subjetive, because our way to perceive things, implies our phisics characteristics, our background, our memory, our imagintaon, our personal experiences of life. Everything is able to be interpreted of millions ways, because everyone of us is unique. See how many branches has the Christianism? And this is not only for religions, but for all the features of life. This forum is a near example. You write the word LIBERTY, and everyone has their own idea of liberty. Languages themselves are not something static. And this is because every word is not just some letters together, but a paradigma.
In spite of all what I have said above, I know and I feel that the Bible is full of wisdom, and absolutely worth of being read and studied.
