Metoda tjeter e kontraceptimit eshte edhe ajo e kryerjes se aktit seksual te pambrojtur disa dite perpara dhe mbas periodave te femres. Femra duhet te mbaj nje statistike te sakte te kalendarit te periodave per te gjetur kohen e sakte te zhvillimit te vezes. Kjo metode perdoret ne 60 % te rasteve por nuk eshte e garantuar. Rreziku eshte shume i madh. Ne racen aziatike eshte me rezultativ.


I read once that if the woman has a regular period, she can know her fertile days (the only ones when she could get pregnant) the only fertile days would be the ones 13-14-15 among the 28 total days of the period. But this sounds kinda strange. It would reduce "a lot" the possibilities for the human specie to reproduce, having in account that the pregnancy lastes 9 months - comparing with other mammals-, don't you think?
