You are wrong here. Europeans hate neighbors more than americans. This is because there is a traditional culture in each country, and there is resistance to multi-ethnicity. For example, if you don't speak the correct local language you are easily identified as a foreigner in Europe. If you don't speak correct english in north america, you can well be be a citizen from 30 years, or a billionaire.

To make things clear, albanian extremists in north america exist exactly because there is no local culture. There is too much space for patriots, terrorists, and extremists of any source. Albanians just line up themselves with other communities, trying to rebuilt their pride by imitating others.
