I think immigration has definitely changed my mentality. I used to be more closed-minded and only really considered my own culture and way of life to be the correct way. After emigrating, I have been exposed to so many different cultures and ways of life that I have come to realize that there is no one right way to do things. I have also become more open-minded and tolerant of others, even if they do things differently than me. I think this has made me a better person overall.

There are definitely some aspects of my "change" that I view as negative. For example, I have become more materialistic and focused on worldly possessions. I also worry more about money and my future than I used to. However, I think the positive changes outweigh the negative ones, and I am happy with the person I have become as a result of emigrating.GBWhatsapp
