WOW........... how romantic, babes! And here I thought guys don't have it in them to be this romantic.....
However, I do not think there are easier answers to this question, love can be complicated..... not all are lucky like you who has it all figured out .........!
Others might have not experienced the real deal yet ...... and some, like me......lol..... love for the sake of loving.... it's called inertia!


Maybe you've not experienced love as it should be. The question was "what keeps you loving someone" ?

All guys, although sometimes they don't show it, can be romantic.

When you love or have loved someone you know what it is that keeps you loving them.

For me it is what I said. For others maybe something else. We don't know what is going on in couples lives but this is the basis of love.
