Des milliers de gens demandent que soit faite une investigation internationale d'énormes violations des droits de l'homme qui sévissent actuellement dans le monde entier, dans le plus grand silence

Ces derničres années, le nombre de ces crimes contre l'humanité s'est accru ą tel point que nous pouvons visiblement parler d'agression de la population civile.

Cette agression est commise avec une technologie qui agit, ą distance, dans l'ombre,au-delą des limites des frontičres, et qui est utilisée contre des civils sans défense et qui ne se doutent de rien.

Il y a une pression continuelle de la part des victimes pour dénoncer ces crimes auprčs des hauts fonctionnaires de l'état, des organisations pour les droits de l'homme, des dirigeants internationaux et ą la presse. La plupart du temps, elles n'obtiennent pas de réponse en raison d'une méconnaissance généralisée de cette technologie. D'aprčs les diagnostics des établissements psychiatriques, les victimes ont des hallucinations. De plus, les plaintes déposées dans les commissariats de police locaux sont souvent considérées comme des problčmes psychologiques ou sont tout simplement passées sous silence.

Cela risque de prendre plusieurs années avant que "l'holocauste silencieux" ne soit connu du public. Pour les victimes, cette comparaison est tout ą fait juste.

L'ampleur des crimes dénoncés et la gravité des accusations justifient une investigation internationale urgente.

Etant donné le nombre considérable de victimes ą l'échelle planétaire, qui a engendré un mouvement mondial coordonné par le biais de l'internet, seuls les plus zélés et les plus consciencieux parmi les victimes dénoncent ce crime, le nombre réel de victimes étant, trčs souvent, plus important que ce groupe de militants.

En janvier 2007, la journaliste Sharon Weinberger a publié dans le "Washington Post", l'article intitulé "Mind Games" sur les victimes américaines et l'organisation militante "Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance" (Droit de vivre sans surveillance ni harcčlement occulte).

Entre-temps, de nouvelles victimes de plus en plus nombreuses se font connaītre des quatre coins du monde. Elles demandent que ces crimes soient rendus publics, elles insistent pour qu'une investigation internationale soit faite sur ce problčme et entament une campagne collective contre le harcčlement par les Armes ą Energie Dirigée (DEW: Directed Energy Weapons) et contre le harcčlement collectif.


Thousands of people are asking for an international investigation of enormous human rights violations that are silently taking place worldwide at this moment.

In recent years the numbers of those crimes against humanity rose so much that we can openly speak about the civilian population being under attack.

This attack is committed with technology working invisibly at a distance, beyond the bounds of borders, and is at this moment being used against helpless and unsuspecting citizens.

The victims are constantly lobbying to report these crimes to government officials, human rights organizations, world leaders and the press. Mostly, they don't get answers because of a general lack of knowledge about the technology. Mental institutions may diagnose the victims as delusional. And complaints lodged a t local police stations are often treated as psychological problems or ignored.

It may take several years, before the "silent holocaust" becomes public knowledge. And for the victims, the comparison is very real.

The scale of the crimes being reported, and the seriousness of the accusations, justifies an urgent international investigation.

Because there are so many victims worldwide, spawning a worldwide movement coordinated via the Internet, it is only the most diligent and conscientious of victims who are able to report this crime; the actual number of victims being many times larger than this group of activists.

In January 2007, the article "Mind Games" appeared in "The Washington Post", written by journalist Sharon Weinberger, about the American victims and the activist organization, Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance.

Meanwhile, from all parts of the world new victims are showing up in greater numbers. They are asking for these crimes to be made public and are insisting on an international investigation of this problem. And starting a collective campaign against directed energy weapons (DEW) harassment /organized stalking.

Brain Wave Monitors / Analysers
Lawrence Pinneo, a neurophysiologist and electronic engineer working for Stanford Research Institute (a military contractor) is the first "known" pioneer in this field.
In 1974 he developed a computer system which correlated brain waves on an electroencephalograph with specific commands.
In the early 1990s, Dr Edward Taub reported that words could be communicated onto a screen using the thought-activated movements of a computer cursor.
(Currently under secrecy provisions; "Classified")
In 1994, the brain wave patterns of 40 subjects were officially correlated with both spoken words and silent thought. This was achieved by a neurophysiologist, Dr Donald York, and a speech pathologist, Dr Thomas Jensen, from the University of Missouri. They clearly identified 27 words / syllables in specific brain wave patterns and produced a computer program with a brain wave vocabulary.
It does not take much thinking to realise that the US agencies have access to a perfected version of this technology. In fact the relevant computers have a vocabulary in excess of 60,000 words and cover most languages.
In fact, the NSA's signals intelligence monitor the brainwaves of their targets by satellite and decode the evoked potentials (3.50Hz 5 milliwatts) that the brain emits.
So, using lasers / satellites and high-powered computers the agencies have now gained the ability to decipher human thoughts - and from a considerable distance (instantaneously).
How is it done?
The magnetic field around the head, the brain waves of an individual can be monitored by satellite. The transmitter is therefore the brain itself just as
body heat is used for "Iris" satellite tracking (infrared) or mobile phones or bugs can be tracked as "transmitters". In the case of brain wave monitoring the results are then fed back to the relevant computers. Monitors then use the information to conduct a "conversation" where audible neurophone input is "applied" to the victim.

Human thought operates at 5,000 bits/sec but satellites and various forms of biotelemetry can deliver those thoughts to supercomputers in Maryland, U.S.A, Israel, etc which have a speed of 20 BILLION bits/sec each. These, even today, monitor millions of people simultaneously. Eventually they will monitor almost everyone...worse than any Orwellian "Big Brother" nightmare you could possibly imagine, only it will be a reality. Yet our world leaders, who know this, do nothing.
UPDATE (2005) - IBM's Blue Gene computer can reportedly process 227 trillion flops per second. Even if each calculation involved only one 'bit' of information, one such computer could process more information than five times the earth's total population... With supercomputers taking overt brain downloads within 40 years, total computer consciousness looms as an open threat for the future of mankind, just as, secretly, it already torments those victimised as covert targets of high tech brain monitoring technology.

Usually the targets are aware their brain waves are being monitored because of the accompanying neurophone feedback. In other words, the computer repeats (echoes) your own thoughts and then the human monitors comment or respond verbally. Both are facilitated by the neurophone.
NB Whilst the live/human comments are individualistic and unrelated to the victims own thought processes oftentimes the artificial intelligence involved will parrot standard phrases. These are triggered by your thoughts while the human monitors remain silent or absent.
To comprehend how terrible such a thorough invasion of privacy can be - imagine being quizzed on your past as you lie in bed. You eventually fall off to sleep, having personal or "induced" dreams, only to wake to the monitors commenting / ridiculing your subconscious thoughts (dreams).

If the ability to "brain scan" individuals expands from the million or so currently under scrutiny to include ALL inhabitants of the planet (as per the Echelon surveillance system which already monitors ALL private/commercial telecommunications) then no-one will ever be able to even think about expressing an opinion contrary to those forced on us by the New World Order. There will literally be no intellectual property that cannot be stolen, no writing that cannot be censored, no thought that cannot be suppressed (by the most oppressive/invasive means).

Deri më sot, atë çka njeriu kishte në mendje apo "në shpirt" vetëm një "zot e dinte". Edhe në periudhën e Inkuzicionit më të egër, atij të shekujve të 15 – 16-të), megjithë torturat makrabe që aplikoheshin në birucat e kthinat e Katakombeve të Romës, inkuziitorët e Vatikanit nuk ishin të sigurtë për vërtetësinë e deponimeve të njerëzve të tortuar mbi vërtetësinë e tyre.


Leximi i trurit të njeriut, pra deshifrimi i fjalëve, fjalive, pra, mendimeve të shprehura me fjalë, si dhe imazhet që njeriu pasqyron në tru, sot është një arritje e madhe e shkencës, por ka qenë dhe kaherë një ëndërr e madhe e Sunduesve te Botes për të kontrolluar njeriun dhe për të sunduar mbi të. Epoka e kompjuterave këtë ëndërr e ka bërë realitet.

Sot ka mjaft zëra në botë që janë ngritur kundër zbatimit të kësaj teknologjie prapa krahëve të njerëzimit, pra në fshehtësi të plotë të opinionit publik. Mërmërimat e para gjysëm zyrtare vetëm sa e cekin këtë problem të madh ETIK, një problem, i cili po të mos kontrollohet si deri më tani, përbën një SHKELJE TË RËNDË TË DINJITETIT TË NJERIUT dhe NJË KËRCËNIM REAL PËR JETIN E TIJ DHE TË SHOQËRISË; Ky rrezik është shumë i madh, sepse kjo teknologji nuk ndalet vetëm në leximin e trurit, që edhe sipas të gjitha Kushtetutave të të Gjithë botës cënon rëndë fshehtësinë dhe jetën private të njeriut.

Përse kjo shpikje e zbuluar që në vitet 60-të nuk është bërë ende publike? Disa nga arsyet janë këto:

- Kjo teknologji është shfrytëzuar për spiunimin e shteteve dhe individëve
- Kjo teknologji është shfrytëzuar në dëm të mbarëvajtjes së shteteve dhe të
shëndetit të individëve.
- Kjo teknologji kur të publikohet, do t'i hapë shumë punë vetë Sunduesve te botës. Monitorimi i trurit do të zbulojë karakterin e vërtetë të sunduesve të botës të, do të zbulojë Gënjeshtrën dhe Pabesitë që ata inskenojnë çdo ditë në dëm të individëve, grupeve shoqërore, kombeve dhe krejt njerëzimit.

- Çfarë mendon Papa gjithë ditën, për seksin (pasi burrat mendojnë çdo shtatë sekonda vetëm për seksin) apo për zotin?

Tani leximi i trurit është një realitet gjysëm i pranuar. Në internet do të gjeni shembuj se si po punohet që me anë të trurit për të drejtuar kompjuterin, deri edhe te makinat. Pra vetëm duke menduar, pa patur nevojë tastierë (për kompjuterin) dhe pa patur nevojë për timon dhe marshe (për makinat) njerëzit kanë filluar të punojnë dhe luajnë në kompjutër dhe të shkojnë në vendin e punës me makina.

Kjo është një fazë që e ka tejkaluar tashmë leximin e trurit. Fjalët dhe mendimet e njeriut nëpërmjet fushës elektro-manjetike që krijon truri shfrytëzohen për të komanduar kompjuterin dhe makinën.

Në një botë të tillë, që po na përgatisin të fuqishmit e botës ç'kuptim kanë MORALI dhe ETIKA? Ç'kuptim ka LIRIA dhe DINJITETI. A ka më kuptim POLITIKA dhe SHTETI? Sa i sigurtë është tani INDIVIDI dhe KOMBI?
